Receptionist/Client Service Administrator

Overview:

This position serves as the first impression to our clients, future clients and carrier representatives. Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal, written and organization skills, ability to resolve issues through fast and accurate problem identification, routing to the appropriate person, when applicable, with resolution or status of issues requiring additional research.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and accurately identify and assess client issues and resolves routine issues real-time, through telephone and electronic email interactions
  • Efficiently navigate all systems to effectively assist clients and team members
  • Escalate issues and highly complex client inquiries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through:
    • Maintaining accurate documentation in management system
    • Providing assistance to clients when applicable with status updates
    • Responsible for any follow-up work needed for resolving and closing issues
    • Provide excellent quality service to our clients and ensure that there is full understanding of the resolution or action plan
    • Quickly establish rapport relating to the client in a polite, positive and courteous manner
    • Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words
    • Express thoughts and information clearly and concisely
    • Achieve quality and efficiency objectives
  • Maintain proficiency in all technical applications (technical skills and system knowledge)
  • Comply with all office procedures and workflows

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge: Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word and Excel (i.e. Word – documentation purposes, mail merging, writing letters; Excel – entering data, etc.) required

Experience: 1+ year of front desk/customer service experience (i.e. ability to communicate with customers and insurance carriers and improving relationship between the company and the clients) required

Special Skills and Requirements:

Ability to learn Agency Management System (Vertafore AMS360)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional Organizational Skills
  

Work and Time Requirements:


Office hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday – Friday
